The PHR® prep course covers the general HR knowledge, principles, and practices that make-up the PHR® exam and expands on the student’s HR skillset. This certification is for individuals who have demonstrated a foundational understanding of human resources. PHR Exam Content Outline

Certification Eligibility

For the PHR® certification, you must meet one of the following conditions for education and experience:

  • Have at least one year of experience in a professional-level HR position + a Master’s degree or higher
  • Have at least two years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a Bachelor’s degree OR
  • Have at least four years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a high school diploma

All course sessions have a limited capacity. Once full, enrollment closes. Registration process on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

If payment is received 10 business days or more prior to the course start date, your books will be shipped to the address you provide prior to the first class. Books and test materials will also be available online five business days prior to first class.
